Kate Spade is situated within Sydney International Airport's newly revamped luxury precinct. The stores display striking double-height facades with interiors reflecting each brand’s latest concept design. A key challenge on this project has been negotiating Airport procedures and gaining approval for the fit out ensuring the brand fulfils all statutory obligations while maintaining global design standards. Approvals within the airport environment are a complex process whereby all applications must pass through multiple and stringent controls in an environment of heightened security and fire safety. Through managing the Valiram portfolio at Sydney Airport, PTID is deeply knowledgeable of this process and can confidently ensure timely approval processes.
